Blogging live from jaxx again. Trying 2 figure out who matt johnsen is - i already embarassed myself once & my second best guess is with a couple girls, so i refuse 2 go up & ask. I almost didn't come 2 this show bcuz i had a terrible earache. But i took a bunch of pills & feel a little better. Plus i would've been out 25 bucks.

I think my second-best Matt Johnsen guess was correct (their car had PA plates) but I never did talk to him. Whatever.
Into Eternity
Wow...I just got totally sucked into their message board drama. I was just trying to find the fill-in(?) guitar player's name. He was cute. Anyway...
So they played a bunch of new stuff, which was awesome but didn't sound fully developed (could have just been the minus-Rob difference). Stu has a real Sebastian Bach (in a good way) quality about him. [click on the link just for the photo...either of them] I didn't even know he was from Vancouver until I started stalking those other Canucks on myspace. I think I should use my frequent flier miles to go out there....
What was I talking about? Oh yeah, so I saw Into Eternity last night. They played a number of new songs and just the hits of the old songs. Since they played Jaxx about 8 times last year they have quite a following locally. Looking forward to their new album. Maybe they can sign up with Metallica's shrink in the meantime.
Gamma Ray is unbeliveable! So great! Their whole set was probably an hour and a half of non-stop a-rockin.
I really have nothing further.

Yeah, that was probably me! I was wearing a black Sieges Even shirt. I was with two girls and a guy. Sorry we didn't catch up! Are you going to Nevermore/Evergrey this sunday? I'll be there with Nancy.
I tried texting/calling Rose and Scott (who were apparently looking at photos of you at the time) to remind me what you looked like but they didn't answer. I don't think I'll be at the Nevermore show - I was supposed to go to PA but now with all my illnesses, I'll probably just stay home and try to recover. Have a good time!
